PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

NCL Optima is an economical exterior emulsion paint. It is specially formulated with special pigments, inorganic fillers, acrylic binders, additives etc. to give a smooth exterior finish. It is available in eye pleasing colors and is suitable for brush, roller and spray applications.

Two coats of NCL Optima are to be applied over cement plastered primed exterior walls. Roller application of 2nd coat will give a rich look. 3 coats are recommended for parapets, lintels and other horizontal surfaces.

APPLICATION AREAS

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Ensure that the wall’s surface is free from dust, oil, grease, paints, loose foreign particles / materials and curing agents which may otherwise affect adhesion
• Fill the cavities on the wall

MIXING & APPLICATION

• Transfer the complete 1 litre paint material into a clean tub / bucket
• Add 1 litre water to 1 litre paint and mix thoroughly
• The above diluted material should be free from lumps
• Apply the material on primed dry surface with a quality paint brush followed by a roller
• Leave it for a minimum of 4 hours to dry
• Consume / apply the above mixed material within 12 hours

• Transfer the complete 1 litre paint material into a clean tub / bucket
• Add 600 ml water to 1 litre paint and mix thoroughly
• The above liquid should be free from lumps
• Apply the material on 1st coat dried surface with a quality paint brush followed by a roller
• Leave it for minimum of 8 hours to dry to develop the actual required colour
• Consume / apply the above mixed material within 12 hours

• Avoid inhalation of dust
• If it comes in contact with eyes or feeling of skin irritation, wash with plenty of plain water and consult a doctor
